Frames are sold "As Is."

Every pair is cleaned and inspected, but in most cases, some wear should be expected. We will point out any obvious flaws. We also take the time to provide sizes, so please be sure you are buying frames that will fit. We will only accept returns on frames if the information we provide is incorrect.

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase and can be made through PayPal, Google Checkout or money order. If you are paying through PayPal, please be sure your shipping address at PayPal is correct since we print your label at their website.

Packages are shipped within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. US packages are shipped via Priority Mail. International packages are shipped via First Class International.

If there is a problem with your frames, please notify us first before leaving feedback. Chances are, it is something that can be easily worked out between us. Our return policy is simple: if the item is not as described, we will take it back. Return of shipping fees is dependent on the reason for the return.
