We use TNT Express which normally takes 5 days door to door. The production time for pre-made body figurines is 15 working days, and for fully personalized ones 1 month. These dates are estimated and though we mostly keep to them, they are not guaranteed given the nature of the product. You will receive a track and trace number when the figurine has shipped. The item should be declared at customs as a hand craft. A 3D Mini Me comes with a satisfaction guarantee. It will be re-made in case you are not completely satisfied, with the result, broken parts or mistakes on our behalf. We will refund the product if our first instance re-do is not satisfactory or if it caused the main occasion to be missed. We do not require products to be returned to us in any instance.
