- We ship Anywhere.. - We currently accept Paypal checkout as payment. - Please ensure shipping address are correct so that we can create and get your order out to you. - If you should have any questions regarding your order or if you just need confirmation on something or additional information on something you either ordered from us or plan to get from us - Contact us by hitting the GREEN button at the bottom of the page and we will respond in 24hrs -All topper ordered that does not require any changes will be created in 5-7 business days, then ship out using USPS priority mail with tracking number provided to you using the email address from your payment. - Any topper that requires customization will be created in 7-10 business days depending on the customization request,then ship out using USPS priority mail- USPS Priority mails takes 3-5 business days depending on where you resides - We do Rush order creation for an additional fee of $25, which does not include any rush shipping cost- So please plan your scheduling carefully and let us know if you do require such a service - Rush Shipping fees varies depending on the item size, weight, destination and shipping carrier. We normally use USPS and there is some places that may get there overnight and some places that have a 2 day shipping time. - If you require & need a guaranteed next day delivery service, we will give you the cost of all 3 shipping company cost and what they delivery guaranteed time - DURING the WARMER SEASONS Toppers Glue can come loose causing items to become loose. We normally do our best to avoid this but with the heat from the shipping (USPS) warehouses and your carriers car or truck-there really is nothing we can do. Therefore, if this occurs, all is not lost and you can simply re-attach and fix the item by applying some glue to put it back together. Once again, we will do our best to pack your item safely -If your item(s) delivered to you is damage during shipping, please let us know immediately. We will do everything we can to work with you on a fast solution. RETURN POLICY: - Effective 1/1/12- All custom Orders are not REFUNDABLE - Regular unchanged orders will be refunded Cost only Less 15% restocking fees & No Shipping will be refunded-As too many customers in the past were abusing the service & so we have to make changes to our services. - So, customers, please ask any questions you may have when making your purchase as we answer all emails and will be happy to clarify any questions you may have before you purchase from us. - When returning Non custom orders, for any reason, you would need to send the unused item back to us for a refund of the "cost paid" less 15% stocking Fee and we do not refund any ship cost -Sorry, but we do not pay "return postage" and you would need to pay the "returned" shipping cost back to us and also purchase tracking confirmation so that you can have proof of when the item was re-delivered back to us -Once the UNUSED item is received, we will refund you back the "cost less 15% stocking fee of the product" back to you using the same method you used to pay us -Once again... We believe in our products and stand behind them 100% .. However because of the abuse, we have to make changes to our policy and hope you can understand that.
