TERMS OF SALE

Payment must be made within 5 days of order unless arrangements are made. I am very flexible. Just send me an email so I know what is going on. All Sales are final.

COMBINED & MULTIPLE ORDERS: You can combine items for up to five days. You pay shipping only once.

REFUNDS: Beads should be fun. If you receive an item and it clearly does not meet the description I will refund the entire purchase amount if notified within 10 days of shipment. Items that are listed as is, craft lots, vintage findings or for repair lots are not eligible for refunds.

EMAILS & FEEDBACK: I respond to questions quickly and after 6pm. Feedback is always left after the item is received by the buyer and feedback is given. Your feedback is my flag to leave you feedback.

SHIPPING INFO: I ship on Mondays and Fridays via USPS. Insurance is optional by request. I always have delivery confirmation receipts for your purchase. White Owl Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If you would like USPS Priority email me at close of auctions for new shipping cost. Completing the Artfire check out to record your shipping information and requests. This can REALLY speed up the shipping process and is recommended. If you do not receive your item within 10 days of shipping notification please alert me.

PAYMENTS: Items from your shopping cart are listed along with price and S/H costs. I accept payments made by PayPal or Money Orders/Cashier Checks. No personal checks please.

PayPal: I prefer Payments made by PayPal!

MONEY ORDERS: Money Orders / Cashiers Checks are accepted upon Email request. PLEASE have shipping address, item description & item number on your check. Not doing so can result in serious delays to shipping.
