Hand Painted Jewelry by Sandra Walton Policies Shipping: All items are generally shipped a within three days of a cleared payment. Domestic: I ship using USPS priority mail. All first class items ship with delivery confirmation. If you would like your order shipped in a different manner simply send me an email and we will get your item shipped your way. Express and First Class shipping options are available by request. International: Buyer assumes all responsibility or duty tariff or VAT fees incurred by their country. Please be aware that First Class shipping can take up to 4 weeks or more to arrive. Most packages do not take that long; most get delivered in less than 10 days. If you require expedited international shipping send me and email and we can come to some arrangement for you. If you would like your order shipped in a different manner simply send me an email and we will get your item shipped your way. Gifts: Please let me know in the notes of your order if you would like your item gift wrapped and to what address the gift will be sent. I always ship with plenty of tissue paper and bubble wrap to make sure your items arrive to you safely. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Contact: I respond to questions quickly and up until 9pm weeks days and intermittently on weekends. You can contact me via the message center on the website or via beads@whiteowldesigns.com. Refunds and Exchanges: I try to accurately photograph every item and represent it as truthfully as possible but if for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase please contact me IMMEDIATELY. You may ship the item back to me at your expense. I will accept undamaged returns within 10 DAYS of delivery and refund the price of the item minus shipping fees. I do not however accept any returns on earrings, craft lots or custom orders. Additional Policies: I'm always happy to make customized notes for gift purchases- just ask. I gladly accept custom orders though be aware the painting and dipping cycle is very long and is done in large batches so I cannot take custom orders for less that US $150.00. Contact me through, if I am coming up to another dip I might be able to include your item; it is often a matter of timing. All of my pieces are one of a kind and I cannot duplicate any piece. When it is sold, that is the only one there is. I will hold a piece for 5 days at your request.
