Welcome to Willowstone Designs! Delivery confirmation with each order. Payments accepted through PayPal. Payment is due within 2 working days of purchase. Item will be shipped the next business day of when payment has cleared. If you have paid with an e-check through paypal, your order will be processed after the payment is cleared. Missouri Residents will have sales tax added. Shipping I ship by USPS first class mail. Delivery confirmation is included for every order. Please contact me for express shipping options if you would like your purchase sooner. Larger items may be sent USPS flat rate in a box. Purchases are all gift boxed and sent in either a padded envelope or flat rate box if it is a bigger item or several items in one order. I will accept returns for unaltered or undamaged items within 15 days of receiving item. You will need to pay postage to return item and cost of postage paid to ship item to you will be deducted from return. Earrings cannot be returned.
