I ship Monday - Friday. If I have items in stock, I will ship the next day. Special Orders take a little more time. Again, if I have materials in stock I will make and ship within 48 hours. Very rarely will an item take a week to ship. please leave me a message if you need something quickly, I will respond with an accurate estimate of time needed to fill your request! I am in my studio everyday and check mail a LOT!

RETURNS:
I would never expect anyone to keep something they are unhappy with. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of jewelry. I do have a 15 day return policy, so send it back right away!
