Custom Orders:
Custom orders are always welcome! Please contact me to let me know what you have in mind or if you have any questions about specific gemstones or materials. I will let you know if it is something I can do or not, along with estimated time to complete and price. You will always be sent a photo of the finished piece for your approval prior to shipping.
Payments:
I am currently able to accept PayPal, any major credit card (through Paypal), and Amazon Payments. If you would like to make arrangements for a different payment type or a trade, please contact me prior to purchase.
Taxes:
You will not be charged any taxes by me or through this site (Montana has no sales tax), but please note that some buyers may be responsible for reporting their "use tax," per your state's policies. This is sometimes called "the Amazon Law." You can read more about it in these articles:

Customs & Duty Fees:
Non-U.S. customers, please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. My earrings will not incur any tariffs for most countries.
Shipping:
Most orders will ship out within a few days of when you place your order, and will be sent via USPS First Class Mail, or via USPS First Class International for customers worldwide.
Domestic mail usually arrives 2-5 days after shipment, while International mail can take up to 28 days because of customs, with the average time being 6-21 days depending on location.
Please note that sometimes items will be shipped THE SAME DAY as when you place your order, so if you realize you need to make any changes, please contact me ASAP! You may do so by phone at (406) 272-0227, or via this site's messaging system.
Gifts:
If you item is a gift, please let me know prior to or at the time of purchase, as it may be packaged a little differently for your recipient. Complimentary gift-wrap is available upon request, just ask!
Money-back Guarantee:
I offer a satisfaction guarantee on my earrings and other jewelry pieces or your money back! If you receive your earrings and they are just not what you hoped for, they can be returned (in unworn and original condition) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you would like to have your item modified in some way, simply send the earrings back to me, and then I will cover the cost of shipping back to you again once alterations are complete.
Allergy Guarantee:
I cannot offer an allergy guarantee on anything made from Sterling Silver, but this is typically noted in the listing. You have up to 6 weeks to wear your new earrings and make sure you will not be allergic to them. If you do have a reaction, you can send the earrings back in to have them altered to a different material or style earwire. Please contact me if you need an alteration. Additionally, please do not purchase items made from a material you have previously had a reaction to.
Repairs:
I know you will do your best to take great care of your new earrings, but I also understand that sometimes "life happens" and things can get damaged or broken. I offer lifetime repairs on my work AT NO CHARGE. If I can fix it, I will, at no cost to you beyond shipping the piece back to me (usually $2) and cost of replacement of lost gemstones. If you need help with this, please let me know and I can send you shipping materials. Most repairs will not incur any costs beyond the shipping.
Photos:
I do my best to make sure that photos of my items give you a good idea of what to expect, and a size-reference photo (either held in my hand or next to a ruler) is always included. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions regarding size or color, or would like to request another specific photograph.
