Gifts: If you item is a gift, please let me know prior to or at the time of purchase, as it may be packaged a little differently for your recipient. Allergy Guarantee: I cannot offer an allergy guarantee on anything made from Sterling Silver, but this is typically noted in the listing. You have up to 6 weeks to wear your new earrings and make sure you will not be allergic to them. If you do have a reaction, you can send the earrings back in to have them altered to a different material or style earwire. Please contact me if you need an alteration. Additionally, please do not purchase items made from a material you have previously had a reaction to. Repairs: I know you will do your best to take great care of your new earrings, but I also understand that sometimes "life happens" and things can get damaged or broken. I offer lifetime repairs on my work AT NO CHARGE. If I can fix it, I will, at no cost to you beyond shipping the piece back to me (usually $2) and cost of replacement of lost gemstones. If you need help with this, please let me know and I can send you shipping materials. Most repairs will not incur any costs beyond the shipping.
