WELCOME Thank you for your interest in my work. Below are the policies for the purchase of my art. I endeavour to give an accurate description of the items and hope you will be satisfied on receipt. It is my aim to find a good home and happy owner for my art :) Original Paintings will be properly packaged as suitable for the media. All Prints are professionally developed as indicated in the description, or custom printed by myself using Epson Stylus Photo R3000, an award-winning nine-ink A3+ pro inkjet printer. The custom sizes are 5x7 ($10), 8x10 or A4 ($18), 11x14 or A3 ($35), with 10% savings for 2 prints, and 20% savings for 4. PAYMENT Local (Singapore) Sales: 1. COD with prior appointment (at Paya Lebar MRT or vicinity only) - large paintings only. 2. Via PayPal or fund transfer to my bank account stated in the confirmation email (please add indicated shipping cost) International Sales: 3. Via PayPal (please add indicated shipping cost). Price is for artwork only, exclusive of postage, taxes (if any), etc, and does not include frame unless otherwise stated. Shipping cost covers packaging cost and handling in addition to postage, and for extra item, postage only. Postage may be via normal mail for cards/small prints, registered mail for large prints/small paintings, or the more premier Speedpost courier mail for large paintings. SHIPPING Item will be sent within 3 working days of cleared payment via SingPost. Delivery takes 1-3 working days for within Singapore and may take 7-12 working days for international address. Registered item status for paintings or larger prints may be tracked online via http://www.singpost.com (while still in Singapore) & https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action (in USA). Larger canvas paintings will be sent via a more premier service, Speedpost, due to size reasons. Delivery takes 1 working day for within Singapore and may take 10-14 working days for international address. There may be postal delay during holiday season. Tracking is available at: http://www.speedpost.com.sg REFUNDS Returns accepted for items above $50 only. Item must be returned (at buyer's cost) and received undamaged and in original condition within 14 days. No return for Custom Orders that are (1) personalised in nature (eg. Portrait Rubik); (2) in quantity of 2 or more. CUSTOM PRINTS I am now able to do giclee prints for any image on the standard sizes indicated in the CUSTOM PRINTS section upto A3, including works from my Artblog ( yenpaintings.blogspot.com ), Photography site ( hweeyen-ong.fineartamerica.com ) or Travel site ( www.freewebs.com/onghy3 ) which are not specifically listed on ArtFire. Just identify the image in question and purchase from the relevant size listing. Please allow an additional working day to have it printed and properly dried. Some images may not crop well on certain sizes, esp art prints; I will check with buyer on the options in such case. CUSTOM CARDS, COASTERS & OTHERS I am also able to do Note Cards, Postcards, ACEOs, Coasters for any image per the relevant listings in the CARDS, NOTEBOOKS, BAGS, DECOR section. Because of the nature of the product, the other custom items - Notebooks, Rubik Cube Art, Clothespins, Bags - come in specific designs, but I'd be happy to work on custom orders if you have other images in mind for the product.
