Please read my policies before purchasing to answer some of your questions and avoid surprises. ;-) ITEM TYPES & PRODUCTION TIME =========================== 1) READY-TO-SHIP: ready to ship in 1-2 or 2-3 business days. 2) MADE-TO-ORDER: made to order, completion time varies, estimated as per listing. Made-to-order items have fixed available options as listed. Minor modification such as change of length, color, mixing designs may be offered on a case-to-case basis. While some minor changes are often offered at no extra cost, prices for other more complex modifications will vary according to designs, materials, complexity and estimated completion time. SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDER ==================== Due to my current commitment, I do not offer any special custom order other than those already available in my shop - i.e. I offer possible modifications based on my existing designs only. PICTURES ======== Pictures used in regular listings are usually sold/sample designs. I try to re-create as close and similar as possible. However each item will vary slightly from piece to piece, simply due to the fact that these are handmade and no one element is exactly the same. ITEM SIZES ========= Please check each listing description for a more accurate measurement of item's size and dimension. * Whenever a mannequin or dummy head is used for display, items may look 10-15% bigger as it is only about 22.5", smaller than regular human heads. Tips for a better estimate: read the size, sketch it on a paper, cut and put it against where you want to wear it. * For dress sashes belts, the body display is a regular small size with about 23" (58cm) waist. PAYMENT ======== Payment is immediate in USD via PAYPAL only. Once payment clears, I will email you directly to confirm your order, check mailing address and give shipping information. Please keep this email for our future correspondences and be aware that this may accidentally go to your spam folder. If you have any queries or do not hear from me 24 hours after purchase, please contact me. Upon shipment, I will send another note via this site to inform you that your order is on its way RUSH ORDER =========== * Ready-to-ship items: these can often be shipped on the same day of purchase if you order early enough (by noon in Perth, Australia). No rush fee, just ask before you order. * Made-to-order items: rush order is offered only on a case-to-case basis, largely depends on if and when my current schedule allows. Rush fee is minimum $15 for any order or 20% of total original (non-discounted) item price, whichever is higher. Please ask first if your item can be rushed and I will make a special listing if you. Rush order usually means the item will be completed in 2-5 business days. In some cases, I may be able to rush it over a weekend but shipping is still on a business day. SHIPPING ======== Shipping is from AUSTRALIA, almost every business day. If your order includes a made-to-order item, please remember to add the listed production time to shipping time. REGULAR SHIPPING ================= Once shipped, shipping time is beyond my control and will vary depending on custom check, postal peak period, holidays, weather conditions, labor strikes, etc. I can only ESTIMATE (not guarantee) shipping time based on past customer surveys and current postal guide. AUSTRALIA -> 1 week (plus a few more days if you live away from major cities) USA -> 1.5 - 2 weeks CANADA -> 2 - 4 weeks OTHERS -> 2 - 6 weeks SHIPPING TO CANADA and EVERYWHERE ================================== * Shipping to Canada and Everywhere is estimated by default via Registered, Insured or/and Tracked shipping (depending on which country, full tracking may only be available via Express shipping). This is more costly but deemed to be safer to avoid lost/undelivered parcels. Also since it can hold up to 500 grams (about 17.5 oz or 1.1 lbs), you can choose to combine several items at the same shipping rate to reap the most benefit. * If your order is below $100, prefer to ship via the cheapest Regular Airmail and you trust it will be safe and ready to take the risk, please let me know before you order. We can discuss and decide based on your country. However please understand that for all Regular parcels, I cannot guarantee nor control parcels once they are shipped out. Alternatively, I can ship to USA or Australia if you have anyone to transfer it to you. Shipping will be relatively cheaper, safer and quicker. INSURANCE, TRACKING & REGISTERED =============================== Shipping to Australia and USA is done via the cheapest regular mode, based on items weighing not more than 250 grams (about 9 oz). Regular shipping does not have full tracking, unless you ask for an upgrade. For your own peace of mind, you can ask to get it fully tracked, insured or registered. USA -> Insured tracked at $22 - $25 AUSTRALIA -> Registered tracked at $7 - $9 OTHERS -> Registered or Insured Tracked at $24 - $31 EXPRESS SHIPPING ================= Express shipping is the quickest and most reliable shipping option. Insurance is offered at an additional cost, depending on item values. INTERNATIONAL -> 3-5 business days at $51-$55, fully tracked with a signature on delivery. AUSTRALIA -> 1-2 business days (plus a few more days if you live away from major cities), costs $10-$12 and is fully tracked. OTHER SHIPPING MATTERS =======================. * Shipping cost includes postage, packaging, gift box and handling fees. Any excess above $1 shipping paid after counting in these costs will be refunded. This is also true for combined shipping when you purchase more than 1 item in any of my shops. * If actual shipping costs $2 more than what has been paid (eg. combined items weigh much more, insurance to be added, etc), the extra bill will have to be paid before shipping. * For high value items, shipping is done via insured tracked or registered mode only. * International buyers, please note that I mark your order as 'merchandise' (not 'gift') on your custom forms. Shipping fees do not include any custom tax or fees if required by your own country, nor consider any import item restrictions, in which you are fully responsible for. * I keep all postal receipts and tracking records as proofs of delivery in case of disputes. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ==================== I truly want you to be HAPPY with your purchase(s). Generally, returns or exchanges of purchases on handmade items are NOT allowed due to their custom nature and FDA personal hygiene regulations. I need to deal with each situation on case-by-case basis. If upon receiving your order, you are less happy with what you have purchased, please contact me immediately to discuss the best and fairest solution. I will do whatever I can to reach a win-win situation for both parties. In some allowed return or exchange cases, please contact me first to return item WITHIN 2 DAYS of you receiving it. Upon the safe arrival of items in a reasonably good condition, I will refund the item price (shipping is non-refundable). Re-listing and re-stocking fee of $5 - $25 may also be payable depending on the value, size and item type. ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQs ======================== YOUR PURCHASES - WEAR & CARE ============================= JEWELRY / CRYSTAL PARTS All jewelry pieces have been cleaned, polished and inspected prior to shipping. However, in some cases of rough handling during shipping may dislodge some crystals and damage other parts (eg. ear posts broken). When this happens, please contact me to assess the situation. VEILS/ FEATHER HEADPIECES While I take utmost care to wrap and pack your purchases, some veils may get compacted and appear out of shape when they reach you. Unless it is a vintage material, you may try to steam iron it on low to medium heat - akin to ironing silk materials, avoiding to iron any attached crystals (if any). For feathers, think like a bird grooming themselves in nature. You can groom them by running clean and dry fingers gently flat against the surface. In some extreme cases in which some feathers may be badly twisted please ask me to give you a special tip or two. VINTAGE PARTS Items made with vintage components are subject to some wear due to their vintage pre-loved used condition. Items are shown and described as close in person as possible and sold as they are. RESERVED ITEMS =============== I am happy to hold an item for you within a mutually agreed time. If within this time anyone bought your item, I will still give it to you only if you pay before it is shipped out. I will then refund the other buyer in full. INDIVIDUAL BUYERS ONLY ====================== I sell and offer bulk discounts (depending on items and quantity) to individual buyers only. Wholesale, trades or consignment are not available. PRICES ======= Prices are subject to change any time, depending on various factors such as stocks availability, currency fluctuations, etc. ONLINE SHOPPING ================ Shopping is available online only - i.e.no studio visit and pick-ups.
