My goal is to create originial, beautiful pieces with high quality materials -- all at a reasonable price!

Payment
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Please pay promptly. Purchases will not be mailed until payment has been receieved.

Credit card/paypal payments:
Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have not been paid for - buyer will be contacted and after 48 hours if payment has not been recived - the transaction will be reported.

Please be sure that the address on your paypal account is correct!

Money orders:
Please mail payment promptly. 7 days are allotted for reciept of payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been recieved and cleared the bank.

Shipping
All items ship within 2-3 days of electronic payment or 7-10 business days of processed money order. Domestic orders are shipped First Class Mail unless other arrangements are made with me. You will be contacted when your order has been shipped.

International orders: You will be contacted when your order has been shipped and given the expected timeframe for delivery at that time.

Express shipping: please contact me for a quote before purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges
All jewelry* is exchangeable within 10 days of the date on the delivery confirmation label.

* earrings - due to hygenic issues there will be a $2 restocking fee.

Returns:
I currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me so I can resolve the issue.

Repairs:
Your jewelry will be repaired free of charge for the first 5 months (from date of purchase). You will pay for shipping to me, I will pay for the shipping to you. Please contact me for more details.
