White Pearl Bracelet with Iridescent Red Heart and Gold 50s Style

Product Description

Genuine white pearls are classic and understated. This bracelet is embellished with an iridescent red heart charm in a style inspired by jewelry from the 1950s. Wear this bracelet anywhere; it looks great at the office or at a party. This would also make a nice Valentine's Day gift for the girl you love.

7 1/2 in. (US) Charm approx. 1/2 in. long
20 cm. (Metric) Charm approx. 1.5 mm. long

All metal components are gold plated. Please note that the base metal may contain traces of nickel. The glass heart has a soap bubble (iridescent) luster, which adds a bit of 50s interest. Iridescent was a huge trend in the 50s, on everything from glass to ceramics, and even some fabric embellishments.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

The design is my own creation, but it is somewhat inspired by bracelets Doris Day wore in the movies "Tea for Two" and "Young at Heart." I love the 50s style and tried to replicate it here.
