1982 Arnart import ceramic porcelain ginger jar.

Vintage Japanese pottery.

*6 sided in shape.

*Design repeats on each side.

*Oriental design - bluebirds and peony or chrysanthemum floral design.

*I'm not sure if this jar originally came with a lid or not, but if it did, it's missing.

*Would be a nice vase or accent piece for home decor.

*Would be nice in a boudoir for make-up brushes, or in an artist or artisan studio for brushes and supplies.

*Would be nice as a serving piece to hold tableware for guests.

*Bottom stamped "Oriental Garden. Arnart Imports, Inc. 1982". Gold foil reads "Arnart Imports, Inc. 1982. Made in Japan"
There is an area where that appears to be glue from the original price sticker on the bottom.

Measures:
4 3/8" tall (11cm)
3 7/8" wide (10cm), at widest part.
Opening 2" (5cm)

Condition: in excellent, pristine/mint condition with original tags/labels. No chips, cracks, discoloration, crazing, etc.
