Pendant Necklace Polymer Clay Crackle Gold Black Leather Cord

Product Description

This beautiful pendant Necklace was made using the Crackle technique developed by Tina Holden.
I used handmade alcohol inks for this piece. The colors used were pink.yellow and a very dark blue over a light gold clay.
after getting the effect I wanted I then laid the uncured clay over a dome and then used black to make the base it sits in and also the bail.
After curing I sealed the pendant with acrylic sealer for a slightly glossy finish. I then added it to the leather cord and used a handmade bead made just for this necklace from polymer clay.
This Crackle Pendant Necklace is ready to wear to the Opera or a casual dinner with friends.

The length of the cord is 22" and the Pendant measures
2" X 3"
Metric measurements are 55.9cm for the cord and
5.1 cm X 7.6 cm

The closure is a Bead and loop on the leather cord.

This Pendant Necklace is ready to ship and is a one of a kind.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

I bought a tutorial from Tina Holden of Beadcomber and wanted to try it right away. I love this technique and I am sure you will be seeing it a lot in my shops.
