This is a stunning and unique handcrafted brooch/pin custom made and handcrafted from an artisan jewelry in Italy from a a 1892 gold coin . I never wore it and it's new.

The coin itself is a 1892 Austria 10 Francs, 4 Florins, with a Gold Content of .0933, a diameter of 18.7 mm and a weight of 3.2258 grams.
