They have an eyelet ruffle around the bottom for a feminine touch.

This listing is for a custom made pair of white or black pantalettes or bloomers. Current sizes available will fit a waist measuring 26-32 inches. (measure at the narrowest point of your waist and leave me a message detailing size and color preference during checkout)
