Coiled copper with blue glass beads and lava beads make up these hand forged Celtic earrings.

The creation of these Celtic earrings started with a length of 12 gauge copper wire. Our metal smith rolled the wire resulting in a flat strand of copper. He then cold coiled this length of flattened copper creating the coiled effect.

After the copper was coiled a length of 16 gauge copper wire was inserted through the center of the flat coiled wire and beaded at the nether end. At this point a single cubed lava bead was threaded onto the wire followed by a 6mm hematite bead and sixteen 3mm blue glass beads.

From here these Celtic earrings are held by a double looped copper jump ring. All this is suspended below a hand forged copper ear wire accented with a solitary hematite bead.


Cold coiled copper wire.
Blue glass beads, 3mm.
Two hematite beads.
Lava cube bead, 1cm.
Hand forged copper ear wire.
Total length of these earrings are 3 ¾".
Each earrings weighs 0.2 ounces.
