You are going to love these sparkling, romantic earrings! They are made with pale Aqua Green cut glass gems snugly wrapped in filigree for a Victorian Vintage look. This design looks wonderful with all sorts of outfits - they can dress up your denim jeans, work wonderfully for Steampunk Dress-up and can carry your Eveningwear ensemble. They make a beautiful bridal accessory for a bride or her attendants.

I especially love how light shines through and reflects off the facets of these wonderful gems. If you have short hair or wear it upswept, these earrings will sparkle and shine against your neck. If your hair is longer, they will glimmer beguilingly behind your tresses.

This particular green is a wonderful, soft green - it is not quite blue enough to be a true Aqua and not quite yellow enough to be called spring green - it is very close to Swarovski's Erinite color - in fact there is a tiny Erinite Swarovski crystal suspended in the link between the gem and the ear wire for added color.


These earrings are approximately 4.75mm long - the wrapped gems are about 1.75x1.25 mm. They are sturdy and lightweight and have the look of more precious materials without the expense. The antiqued brass lever back earrings will keep them securely in your ears without pinching. The filigree wrap has been carefully patinaed and then coated with a jewelry grade finish to keep them from discoloring. Be aware that uncoated brass earrings can sometimes react to recently colored or permed hair. If you have a pair that this happens to, just rub them gently with a jewelry polishing cloth and the patina should shine up.
