*Pro Tip*
Apply with damp brush to use as a shadow liner:
Use distilled water to dampen an eye liner or flat shadow brush, tap out a bit of powder and apply with dampened brush.

*Never dip a wet brush directly into loose powder, as this can cause bacterial contamination.
