This gift certificate is valid toward the price of merchandise and cost of shipping for any item in my shop. The gift certificate will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

This gift certificate is valid only in my ArtFire shop and is only redeemable here. This gift certificate does not expire but is non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

A gift certificate like the one pictured, with your name, the name of the recipient, the redemption code, and the gift amount will be sent as a pdf file via email, along with instructions for use. If you would also like me to include a special message from you to the recipient in the email, please specify at checkout.

Please specify the following in the comments section at checkout, or in a separate email to me:
1. Name of recipient
2. Email address of recipient, if you want the certificate sent directly to them
3. Who you want the certificate emailed to - only you, only the recipient, or the recipient with a copy to you
4. Special message to recipient, to be included in an email to them (example: Happy Birthday, Congratulations)

Terms and Conditions
1. Purchaser is responsible for providing a valid and deliverable e-mail address to which the Gift Certificate can be sent.
2. MoonlightingJewelryDesigns certificates do not need to be used in a single transaction. A remaining balance can be used for future purchases, but is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
3. For transactions exceeding the value of the gift certificate, the balance will need to be paid via PayPal to complete checkout.
4. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
5. Coupons cannot be used for the purchase of nor redeemed along with gift certificates.
6. Please safeguard your gift certificate. MoonlightingJewelryDesigns is not responsible for lost gift certificates or their codes.
