I do not recommend sizing up or stretching with polymer gauges, I also recommend removing for shower/pool and sleeping. These are handmade and are not the durable stone metal or acrylic you may be used to. With proper care these will last you years! I still have some of the first pairs i made going on 4 years ago!

Wash with soap and warm water.
