This necklace & earring set features a funky gold owl charm set on a strand of faceted mystic black spinel faceted gemstone beads with 22k gold plated sterling silver accent beads. A pair of delicate gold earrings featuring 22k gold plated sterling silver beads and mystic black spinel beads is included in the set.

The little owl is 22k gold plated pewter with a matte finish. It is simply adorable with a great ancient rustic look to it. It is a very rich gold color. The charm is 3/4" long not including the loop it hangs from, by a little over 1/2" wide.

The gold beads interspersed along the necklace and earrings are 22k gold plated sterling silver. The hook and eye clasp on the end of the necklace is also 22k gold plated sterling silver.

The earring hooks are nice quality 14k gold filled French hooks and do not contain nickel.

The black gemstones in the set are called mystic black spinel. The mystic refers to a light finish that has been put on the gemstones to give it an extra sheen/sparkle. Spinel, as a gemstone, is associated with love, passion, and longevity. It is said to be a protective stone, to relieve sadness, to help relationships and resolve issues. Combined with the charismatic owl - this necklace and earring set can't help but make you smile when you wear it.

This necklace is 18.5" long (around a women's medium). If you need a shorter necklace then simply leave me a note with desired length. For longer necklaces, there will be an additional charge to cover the extra spinel and gold beads needed. Contact me for information if you need a longer necklace.

SIZING: Ordering a bracelet or necklace? Is the recipient petite or plus sized? Let me know so I can adjust the size of the item accordingly. Most of the necklaces I made are a Women's size Medium (18"). Bracelets range from a Women's M to L depending on the chain style - if you/the recipient has petite wrists, these will be too large and you should ask me to size it down.

GIFT WRAPPING: All items come ready to give as a gift in their own pretty organza gift bag inside a lovely gold or silver paper covered box. The box is held shut by a delicate satin bow. Gift notes can be included free of charge upon request. Invoices/receipts are not included unless a special request is made for one. For international orders, anti tarnish tissue paper is substituted for the organza bag (to avoid tarnishing during longer transit times).
