This is an experimental piece that was made while I was testing out new techniques and materials.

1 1/4" pendant made from vitreous enamel on copper, with embedded glass beads in natural shades of tan and brown for a bumpy pebble texture. It puts me in mind of rock and sand (or possibly a tortoiseshell cat!). The pendant has a sterling silver bail and the glass and enamel have been fired at temperatures in excess of 1350F.
18" orange silk cord with lobster clasp is included. This pendant will come packaged neatly in a sturdy tin, ready for gift-giving.
