Product Description

This handmade castille soap makes a rich lotion-like lather. It contains charcoal to help remove impurities from the skin. There are no added dyes or fragrances.

We suggest that the user work the soap into a thick lather and massage it into the skin. Use a complexion brush or a loofah to exfoliate, then rinse with water that is not too hot.

Our soap is slightly superfatted so the longer you leave it on the more moisturized your skin becomes. This makes it excellent for shaving.

This listing is for one bar, which we recommend you cut in half (put the other half in your sock drawer or linen cabinet until needed) and keep dry when not in use.

When used daily as hand soap and stored in a dry soap dish, half a bar will last about a month.

ALLERGY INFORMATION:

We have sensitive skin, which is how we wound up learning to make soap in the first place.

This soap is slightly superfatted, so it is not drying. It is safe for children and usually tolerated by people with sensitive skin, eczema, and psoriasis.

Activated charcoal is the kind used as an internal remedy against poisons.
