I've photographed these as they were ~ unpolished. The hallmarks are clear and precise for all 10 pieces.

There is an additional 6th knife, without its fork, which this listing *does* include, so = 11 pieces ~ 6 knives, 5 forks are included here.

The hallmarks identify Louis Kuppenheim, German silversmith from Pforzheim, Germany as the maker and the Kuppenheim hallmark indicates 1920-1935.

Gold plate, 800 German silver, the finish on all 11 pieces is bright and clear with no mars and all showing minimal wear.

Again, this is a set of 6 dessert course knives and 5 dessert course forks. My mother would suggest you keep this knife for your setting and add a "close-to-match" fork ... no one will be the wiser.
