Vintage Melmac Bowl in colorful confetti pattern has a light tan base with many colors including pink green, white, and aqua. This colorful retro bowl will delight, use it for serving snacks or use it to coral craft supplies or items that need to be close at hand but easily accessible. You can display this bowl on a shelf and use it for storage at the same time. This bowl looks like Texas ware, but there are no markings although the splatter design pattern and multi-colors is representative of this often collected kitchen ware line.

I just loved the colors when I discovered it, and I think it will go well with today's palate as well. The most dominant color is a beige or sandy tan with a lot of medium azaleas pink and spring green. Next color in order of dominance would be the splashes of white and finally bits of aqua blue. All together this color combination makes this a very pretty little bowl with handle grips on each side.

This vintage mixing bowl is approximately 7 1/8" inches diameter, handle to handle about 7 3/4" inches wide and it is about 4 " inches deep and will hold about 1 1/2 quarts. It is in very good vintage condition, with slight stir marks or surface wear inside that can be felt but are not readily seen.

Confetti is such a fun word and that is what this pattern design is often called. It really fits the description in this case because the colors are so happy too. That was what drew my attention. It will mix and match very nicely with other Melmac Kitchen wares that you have, I think it would look fantastic with pinks or aquas. This is a great bowl with lots of personality! This bowl was discovered at tag sale.
