You let us know by email dymnddesign@sbcglobal.net if you need a necklace / bracelet restrung and any
questions you may have, and your contact information.
Give us a detailed description of the item(s) such as; knotted or not knotted, length of
item(s), and if you want any changes made such as adding more pearls, or changing the
design.
We will contact you by return email or phone if provided to make arrangements for
your item(s) so that we are both on the same page.
We photograph everything you send us upon arrival for your protection, and send a
copy of that photo back to you by email letting you know we have your item(s).
When your item(s) is completed we will send it back to you per our arrangements.


Charges for Knotted *

We charge by the inch but other factors will affect the price, such as, but not limited to:

The length of your item, if it does not fit the chart below.
The turn around time you require.
Adding pearls for a better fit.
Replacing a broken or fragile clasp.
Redesigning the necklace/bracelet.
Adding Multiple clasps in Rope Necklaces for multi-strand necklaces and bracelet
combinations.
If you do NOT want knots between every pearl the cost will be about 1/2 the price
listed.
