Sunhat with Filigree Hummingbird Embroidery

Product Description

Floppy brimmed straw hats are so fashionable this year! This one is white with a golden brown brim. I've added an embroidered hummingbird to dress it up and make it one of a kind. The butterfly is dark turquoise blue with gold brown filigree to coordinate with the brim. Because the floppy brim allows you to see the underside, I used matching thread on the back, so the design looks good from both sides.
Several designs are available. Check the site for more. Hats are "one size fits most" and are made of synthetic straw. Price includes shipping.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

I love a pretty hat but don't have a lot of occasions to wear them. When I saw a tutorial on one of my favorite embroidery sites, I knew I had to try it! The first turned out so well, I decided to make them to add to my Artfire shop.
