Primitive Folk Art Farm Cat Teluleh

Product Description

Taluleh Kitty is about 5 1/2" wide by 5 1/2" tall and is firmly stuffed and weighted so she stands on her own. I used plaid homespun for her dress and soft tan flannel for her body. Her apron is made from tea-dyed muslin.

Taluleh has a painted face, sisal whiskers and is holding a rusty wire garland with a coffee-dyed star-stamped tag.

She comes in your choice of red (shown) or blue plaid homespun. Please let me know which you prefer when you order.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

Taleleh was a lot of fun to make. She reminds me of farm cats who make a living keeping the mice out of the barn (compared to my lazy housecats, lol, they just don't know how good they've got it!).
