This is an orange/gold/saffron colored, diamond patterned, handmade tablecloth. I love the traditional look of this beautiful woven fringed tablecloth. The weight and luxurious feel of this reversible tablecloth is such a great example of the quality of fine linens. The color in the picture is representative of the true color of this piece. This 48x68" tablecloth will be enjoyed best on a smaller table up to 5' in length.

When deciding the size of a desired tablecloth, measure the top of your table. Then visualize how much you want the cloth to drape over the edge. Measure the length of the drape; then, double that number. Add that number to the length and width measurements of the table top. Then you are ready to order your custom made tablecloth. In some cases piecing the cloth may be required to make it the size you're requesting.

I have prewashed the fabric in detergent in warm water and tumble dry to prevent shrinkage of the final product. All my work is done in a clean environment where there are no cigarette fumes of any kind. After the cloths have been fringed or hemmed, I hand press with sizing, fold, and seal them into a plastic bag awaiting shipment.

I saw an opportunity to help my daughter with her college debt when I saw this fabric on an auction website. The fabrics, some of which were exclusive to the business that had closed, were very high end qualities that were only sold to designers and architects. A former employee of the company told me some of the exclusive fabrics wholesaled for $100 to $350 per yard.

My photographs are intended to present a table adorned with a cloth. The size of one's table and the size of the cloth ordered to cover a specific table will determine how much drape or drop the cloth falls over the edge of that table.
