Very tailored new earrings in blue kyanite with a sterling silver wire wrapped diamond shaped motif filled with tiny crystals, by Margaret Crow

These unusual earrings echo the same kind of sleek vibe found in a lot of the fashions from the late 1950s through the early 1960s. These beautiful earrings would work well with your Mad Men inspired wardrobe or make cherished bridesmaid or mother of the bride accessories.

I started with gorgeous smooth cornflower blue kyanite briolette flat teardrops. I embellished the front of the teardrops with a wire wrapped diamond shaped at the top, then filled the center of that shape with tiny blue crystals. The end result is a pair of earrings that are both formal/semi-formal and extremely unusual.
