This is a traditional hat pin box, but it could be used for a multitude of things.

First I painted the entire box in a metallic gold. The top has a golden yellow damask print. The body has floral and baroque print in rich shade of coral. Next, I inked the edges for a shabby chic look. Lastly, I added a round knob to the lid and legs to the bottom and a pretty vintage crown to the front. Adorned with a single swarovski crystal.

The entire box has multiple coats of a high gloss protective sealer. It stands: 5.5" long, 2.25" deep, by 2.5" tall.
