1970's McCall's 5763 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Dress or Top and Vest: Pullover dress or top has buttoned front bands, sleeves gathered into snapped cuffs; collar and sleeves have ruffles. A and C have lower ruffle. Buttoned vest with lined fronts, and backs cut of lining fabric has tie belts included in seams.
