Aqua Ballet Shrug for American Girl 18 inch dolls

Product Description

This handmade crocheted aqua ballet shrug fits American Girl or other 18 inch dolls. This would be the perfect addition to your doll's ballet outfit, or a nice addition to a close fitting dress or shirt.

The shrug is made with Bernat popsicle blue sport weight yarn, which helps make the stitches smaller and more in proportion to the doll than worsted weight yarn. The edges are all nicely finished with a crocheted edge.

This shrug may also be made in different colors. Please contact me if you do not see the color you want in my studio.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

My daughter received an American Girl doll once she could read the books. I had made a few items for her doll by following patterns, but decided to create something from scratch. I decided to start first with a shrug since I have made a couple for my daughter to wear to dance class.
