The PINK BUTTERFLIES one of a kind (OOAK) earrings were carefully handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs.

The PINK BUTTERFLIES earrings are a simple design that makes a major impact when worn! Faceted "light rose" Swarovski crystals were used because of their faceted sparkling beauty. Because of the length of the earrings, the butterflies almost look like they are flying on their own as you turn your head. Ever since 1892, when Daniel Swarovski invented a machine that revolutionized crystal cutting and polishing, Swarovski crystals have been considered the standard by which all other manmade crystals are judged. Their sparkle and flash is astounding as you will see when you wear these butterfly earrings!

Each butterfly was carefully wire-wrapped with a sterling silver headpin to twisted sterling silver links. Because of the twist design of the links, the light is caught and reflected, adding extra sparkle! The links were then attached to sterling silver French hook earwires. There is such wonderful movement in these earrings as you turn your head and the light catches the crystals and the links!

Even though man-made, the crystals (glass) carry the energies of transformation, rebirth and communication. Silver is a metal of love and healing; it is a mirror to the soul, helping us to see ourselves as others see us.
