In this lesson you will learn how to make beautiful shiny beads that are textured on both sides and are perfectly seamless, with no sanding involved.

There are two parts to this 11 page tutorial. The first part is on making a mould from various objects. Part two is on creating these special type beads from your own moulds. There are more than 30 clear photographs included in an easy step by step format to follow.

I've also included a handy color guide for using mica powders with your clay to get the right type of coloring you prefer.

I came across some glass lentil beads on a bracelet in the most beautiful jewel-tone colors and decided to find a way to imitate them.
