ACEO stands for "Art Cards, Editions and Originals". They are miniature works of art and they have to submit to the size limit of 2.5" x 3.5". Painting an original work of art via an ACEO takes a lot of skill and small brushes and ink pens. They are small in size, but mighty in impact. The ACEO in this listing is an original art work (not a print), a one of a kind, hand-painted in watercolors with ink out-lines on Arches watercolor paper (hot press).

The name of this ACEO is "Oak Tree in Autumn".

I completed this piece in summer, 2010.

All original art comes with a certificate of authenticity which you will receive with your purchase and it is hand signed on the back. I mail the piece in a cello sleeve with backing in stiff cardboard mailers.

note: The size of the image is exactly 2.5" x 3.5" (the ACEO standard). But because the border design goes right to the exact mark, this is not the kind of ACEO that you want to cut to trading card size... in other words, it has a small white border around it and is meant to be framed. See second picture to see the exact size of paper.
