Sizes are:
14" - 16" (Infant)
16" - 18" (Toddler)
18" - 20" (Child)
20" - 22" (Adult)

Materials Needed:
any two colors of worsted weight yarn. I used Red Heart Soft Yarn
Yarn Needle

There are some special stitches required for this pattern. I classified the pattern as Intermediate but it may be more easy - intermediate.
