Each 2x2x1/2 inch zip lock packages contains over 2,600 beads per package.

This bead is a bright yellow, in a slightly deeper hue than the LIGHT YELLOW listing. The two yellows can be used in the same project for to show contrast and depth in your design.

Mix with pearls, gemstones, glass or other seed beads in size 10/0, 6/0, 8/0 , 11/0 and 14/0 or 15/0 in different colors and finishes to add texture and dimension to your projects. Use for spacers, bead bumpers and as part of the design, slips over eye and head pins for use in earrings, bracelets and necklaces as dangles.

The seed bead chart 'Bead Weight and Measures' lists size 10 seed beads thus: "1 hank = 3920 beads [2600 divided by 3920 =0.663265 / 2/3rds of a hank], 10 hanks = 1/2 kilo and so on. 1/2 Kilo = 500 grams = 1.1 pounds, Gram = .035 ounces, Ounce = 28.35 grams. 28.35 x 1.2 ounces = 34.02 grams. By grams, if 10 hanks make up 1/2 kilo, which equals 500 grams, one tenth of that = 50 grams. Dividing 34.02 grams by 50 gives you .6804 hanks or slightly more than 2/3rds of a hank.
