The sides of the discs are the natural aluminum color and have been lightly sanded for a brushed appearance. The matte white discs are mounted on surgical stainless steel posts that are sturdy & hypoallergenic. These aluminum matte white studs are lightweight and super comfortable to wear. They lie flat & snug to the ear and are perfect for those who prefer more conservative, dressy, work or "office appropriate" earrings. They're classy, dressy or casual & UNISEX!
