The outer is accented with a colorful flower accent on one side! The strap is durable brown twill, and attaches with a clip to the zipper, so the bag stays shut when it is around your arm! The strap is also amazing for looping over a stroller or bike handle! One inner flap pocket will hold a few cards, and a cell phone.
