Made of hand selected Walnut and finished with my food safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax I call Board Balm. these utensils are as easy to care for as they are to use: simply hand wash, rinse and dry. The only non wood part is the solid copper hinge. The tongs measure a generous 12 long and are approx 2" wide at the tips. When folded they are about ½" thick.
