My handmade Carolina Gamecocks Cocky beads are an officially licensed collegiate craft by the University of South Carolina.

I make these beads in my home studio located in Lugoff, South Carolina. I use a minor torch and Moretti glass. All of my beads are kiln annealed and dremel cleaned.

This Gamecock Cocky bead measures 12 mm wide by 21 mm tall. It has a large 5 mm hole and can be slid on Pandora, Troll or Chamilia style bracelets. This bead is NOT silver cored and unfortunately I am unable to silver core these beads due to the shape of them. They would crack in my bead press if I tried to core them.

Care should be taken when wearing any glass beads around your wrist. Bracelet beads tend to take a lot of abuse and the little top feathers on this bead can not take a lot of knocking around. So be nice to your Cocky and don't bang him around! If you bead does break it should be discarded as broken glass can have sharp edges. Sorry, just like a broken wine glass, I can not accept returns of broken beads after use.
