A one off really useful and highly decorative up cycled container. This cardboard canister once contained freeze dried coffee granules. There is no residual smell of coffee contained within.

I removed all outer labels carefully and then set to, to decorate this container with images from used birthday cards and pretty papers. I have also added ribbons, braids, paper flowers and felt flowers.

The word 'trinkets' has been added; the letters are purchased gold coloured stick on.
Inside has been decorated too, simply but just to finish the container off nicely.

I see this being used possibly in a craft room for materials such as beads or ribbons. Or in a bedroom for cotton wool balls or make-up and the such like.

It is just so pretty and a really useful size measuring; 13 cm high and 16 cm in diameter measured across the plastic lid.
