A string of decorative birds; four birds knitted from white yarn with silver lurex thread running through it.
The fabric for these birds, I made on my knitting machine and I then used the cut and sew technique to make the bird shape. I stuffed the bird shape with safety toy stuffing and then sewed the opening up by hand.
The beaks, eyes and wings are all sewn on.
The sequins on the wings have been neatly glued on. The wings were cut, by hand, from white felt.

Each bird measures approximately 5 inches/13cms by 2.75 inches/7cms and the overall length of this string of birds is 1.7metre or 42 inches.
The white and silver coloured discs (seen between the birds) have been crocheted by me too.

Some of the beads are wooden ones painted white and others are plastic silver coloured ones.
The bell on the end is silver coloured and is metal.
