Give your mom a great Mother's Day gift with a large plant pot covered in a cute crocheted plant pot cozy. The pots are 4.5" diameter terra cotta clay pots. The cozy is crocheted in a cotton/elastic blend yarn in Red with Yellow trim or in Yellow with White and an added butterfly applique.

Please specify red or yellow when you order.

The cozies are hand washable and should be laid flat to dry.
