A plant pot covered in a cute crocheted pot cozy is a great gift for your Mom on Mother's Day. These plant pot cozies are for 3" diameter and 4.5" diameter terra cotta clay pots. They're crocheted in a cotton/elastic blend yarn. Butterfly appliques give an added decorative touch to each cozy. Just slip the cozy right onto your pot.

Color choices are:
