"Red Poppy" is an all original hair piece. I designed it with charm and vibrant colors in mind, and the dangling petals really bring an unusual and beautiful air to the piece. This pin comes with a matching red clip (see the images).

"Red Poppy, Twin Suns" is made out of chirimen, a specialty kind of Japanese crepe often used in Kimono and kimono accessories. The pattern falling across each petal ensures that no two pieces will look exactly the same; this is an original!

Even after your special occasions or nights out, the small red-orange hair pin is ready for everyday use! The alligator clip is versatile and could even be worn on a hat band, or snuggled into your hair. It's even possible to use as an obi accessory.

This art stems from "tsumami kanzashi" and each piece can take several hours to complete. Each petal is individually folded before being set into a flower design and attached for wearing.
