This vintage sewing pattern, now available at CandyAppleCrafts, is McCall's pattern number 4250. It makes a Misses size 8 ensemble which includes a dress (in two lengths), a top, long full pants, an unlined jacket, and a belt. It was made for unbonded stretchable knits in prints or solids.

These garments appear to combine the coolness and comfort of soft knits with the tailoring of officewear. Make them in modern fabrics and prints, and no one will ever have to know this pattern was originally released in 1974. It's that classic!

This pattern suggests the following fabrics: unbonded stretchable knits such as wool or synthetic jersey, wool or synthetic double knits, matte jersey, cotton knits, knitted panne.

Parts of this pattern are completely uncut, but appear to have been refolded by the previous owner (likely when she was looking for the pieces she wanted). It appears she did not make the jacket. Some pieces were cut out, and the two long pieces (Dress A) were cut at the shorter dress variation. The rest of the length was also saved in the package. I found all of the pieces and the instructions present, fully accounted for, and in good condition (no tears or miss-cuts).

For those who use the envelopes for decoupage and collage crafts, this image is in good condition. There are a few wrinkles, but that is to be expected.
