This is an original watercolor pen and ink sketch of a Siamese cat listed on a local shelter of available adoptable pets. This beautiful Siamese cat is mostly gray with the traditional dark Siamese face looking up at you.

Paper: Fabriano watercolor paper 90lb. cold press

Size: 9 1/2" x 11 1/2"

Process: This sketch was first done in with my Lamey fountain pen with Noodler's ink. It was sketched freely and then soft layers of watercolor were applied over the top. The sketch has a beautiful washes watercolor background filled with greens and blues which highlight the intense color of this Siamese cat's eyes.

This is an original watercolor, it is not a print. It has a gallery white mat around it to fit into a 14"x12" frame. Framing is not included in this listing. You are purchasing a matted painting.

The watermark on this image is for the internet only and will not be on the original watercolor.

It is signed by the artist, Cherilynn Wood and is signed and dated on the back. It will be sent safely in a plastic sleeve with a rag board behind for protection.
