Details

This is a copy of a poster that was originally produced by the British Ministry of Information in 1939 at the beginning of WWII. Only a few of the posters were ever distributed and was not seen again for over 60 years when it was discovered in a secondhand bookshop. The original poster was as shown, white letters on a red background, but you could easily make this any two colors you prefer to match your decor. Easy enough for a beginner to do, it will measure approximately 9 x 13.6 on 14 ct. Aida fabric, or about 7 x 10.6 on 18 ct.

Each one of my charts is handmade by me and carefully detailed. Several hours of work goes into each one to make sure they are cleaned up and simple to use. They come in large, clear print with a minimum of pages. No backstitching needed but you can add it in yourself if youd prefer. Easy to download, easy to follow and they come out beautifully. As a long time stitcher myself, I take pride in all of my charts and products.

Upon receipt of payment, I will e-mail to you, usually within 24 hrs., one photo of the item (in JPG form, and minus the watermark) and the chart in PDF form. Also included is a chart of the DMC floss you will need. If you prefer to receive it by mail, I will gladly print it up and mail it to you at an additional cost of $7.50 to cover paper, ink and domestic shipping, including tracking number.

Happy stitching!
